The singing and music school of the city of Feldkirch was founded in 1888 and is the oldest music school in the state of Vorarlberg. Today, more than 1300 pupils attend 59 different subjects at the Feldkirch music school.

The Dommusik Feldkirch has set itself the goal of performing sacred choral works and masses from various eras, as well as special music literature at a high level.

The Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde is the organiser of the "Schattenburgkonzerte" concert series, which takes place every year in the summer months at Schattenburg Castle. This series has long since become a fixture in the city's musical life.

The Chopin Society aims to inspire its audience with enthusiasm for Frédéric Chopin's music: for his unmistakable style with virtuosity, expression and elegance, his multi-faceted tonal language and for the brilliance of the piano sound.
