The images may only be used free of charge for editorial purposes or in connection with tourist topics about Feldkirch for publication in media and tour operator catalogues or for advertising publications of Vorarlberg tourist organisations. Passing on to third parties is not permitted. Any commercial use (e.g. for books, calendars, postcards or other product advertising outside the tourism industry) is not permitted or requires a separate agreement and written agreement.

When publishing the images, the respective copyright including photographer must be stated. In the event of non-compliance, the photographer has the right to charge a usage fee. The respective image information - title, photographer and copyright - is stored with the individual images and is automatically generated in the image title during download.
